The brief
A multi-unit residential development needing the same floor, to the same standard, in every unit — and on the handover date.
The challenge
At scale, consistency is the whole job. Tone, pattern and finish have to match from the first unit to the last, and a slip in any one of them shows the moment two units are seen together.
Our work
One specification across the development, material acclimatised and laid by Elite's own teams unit by unit, so no batch or subcontractor variation crept in.
The result
Walk from one unit into the next and the floor does not change — same tone, same pattern, same finish. At this scale that consistency is the entire job.
