The brief
A residential compound in Riyadh, floored across its villas to a single specification.
The challenge
Riyadh's climate is harder on wood than the coast — drier, with a wider swing between day and night. A floor that isn't specified for it will move.
Our work
Engineered wood chosen for dimensional stability in that climate, acclimatised on site, subfloors prepared to standard, and laid by Elite's own teams across the compound.
The result
A floor specified for Riyadh rather than the coast: it holds flat through the daily swing between dry heat and air conditioning that makes lesser floors gap and cup.
