Case Study · Hospitality
Laid through a working hotel — cut to marble thresholds, installed by our own teams around live operations.

02 —How it was done
A flagship hospitality destination in Jeddah needing a warm, hard-wearing floor for public areas — fitted without closing the hotel.
Herringbone's precise angles had to die cleanly into existing marble thresholds while guests kept moving.
Uniformed in-house teams, laser-guided setting-out and acclimatised material, staged around a fully operating hotel with no subcontractors.
The hotel never closed. The herringbone runs unbroken through the public areas and dies into the marble on a clean line, with no transition strip to hide the join.
