Corporate
An engineered wood floor for a corporate office lobby.

02 —How it was done
A corporate headquarters wanting its reception floor to carry the building's first impression — warm, composed, and able to take the traffic of a working lobby.
A lobby floor is read from every angle and walked all day. The pattern has to stay true across a wide, open span, and the material has to hold its finish under constant footfall.
Engineered wood specified for dimensional stability in Jeddah's climate, subfloor prepared to standard, and the floor set out and laid by Elite's own teams.
The herringbone reads true across the full width of the lobby, and takes a working building's footfall without cupping or showing wear at the entrance.
